Employment Verification

We are NOT our members’ employers. Our members are employed by our signatory contractors as laborers. You will need to reach out to the member to find out which contractor(s) they are/were working for to request employment verification.

Records Requests

All benefit records (including, but not limited to, medical, dental, pension, annuity, and vacation), wage rates, and hours worked/work history information must be directly requested from:

Employment records (including W-2’s) must be directly requested from the signatory contractor(s) the member is/was employed by.

 

All Authorization forms must be updated to reflect the proper office name.  Authorization forms and envelope addresses going to other offices should not contain Local 20.  If there are other records you require that are not listed above or should you have any further questions, contact our office. If you require records that are not listed above you must specify exactly which records you are looking for. If you simply state “union records” we will assume they are records that are listed above.
